Shims, Gaskets, Washers and other small pressed items can be produced in a variety of quantities, from job lots through small batches to continuous production. All items are made to customer specification which are supplied via drawings, samples or prescribed dimensions. The components are manufactured to standard industry parameters, with the need to meet fine tolerances.

Gasket
Gasket   We stock Novus & Klinger materials and Oil Jointing Paper, Rubber, Cork materials in sheet form for resale. We also cut gaskets to drawings or samples from dedicated tooling, we have CAD facilities to receive any drawings from customers. We can produce large quantities to meet Spot ordering or scheduled requirements.

Shim in a can
Shim In Can   Shim steel is a valuable product used by discerning engineers everywhere. It is available in individual cans or as an assorted pack. Thicknesses vary from 0.001" to 0.060", and 0.025mm to 1.5mm. Each can contains a sheet of shim 6" x length x thickness required. Sizes may vary for different materials.
